Returns Policy
We offer a money back guarantee on products purchased within 60 days. To complete your return, we require proof of purchase (order number).
Please email info@skinresourcemd.com and request a return authorization by simply stating your reason for returning the products and your order information. You will receive an email in return with information regarding where to ship your used or unused products. When we receive your returned products with the authorization code included, a refund for the amount that was paid for the products will be credited to the credit card that was used to process the order.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in North America. If you are from outside North America, please Contact Us for shipping. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
Please also note that the shipping rates for international orders are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
